This property is within 15 minutes walking distance or 2 minute bus ride (the 403 bus stop 1 minute walk away and takes you to central Croydon in 15 minutes) of Purley Oaks and Sanderstead train stations with frequent services to London Bridge and Victoria in 25-30 minutes or less for East Croydon with transfers to London Gatwick and the coast.
